Newman Farms Firewood are based in Cambridge and pride themselves on selling high quality seasoned firewood, all year round with a professional and friendly service.  All firewood is sourced from a local sustainable British woodlands, they supply hardwood, which is regarded as the best quality firewood.

Project description

Newman Farms had a member of staff leave who looked after all the office administration and the day to day running of the office. This included answering the phones, general customer service work and organising the delivery schdule for the firewood.

Newman Farms approached us to manger this service as a temporary solution until a new member of staff was found, however they have been so impressed with the service they are no longer looking for another employee and Lucy’s Admin Services now carry out all of the services listed below on a full time basis:
